We Honor Veterans:
We Honor Veterans ceremonies to formally recognize hospice and palliative care patients who served. Patients receive a framed certificate, celebratory cake and a pinning ceremony, led by a team of retired military members.
Simple Gifts:
Fulfilling end of life wishes…like a wedding reception for a patient and his fiancé in the comfort of their home. The intimate celebration included Italian food, fresh flowers, live music, and of course a wedding cake!
Pet Therapy:
Pet Therapy…including visits from furry friends like dogs, cats, and even a miniature horse!
Additional comfort therapies such as Aromatherapy, Reiki, Healing Touch and Art Therapy…
Bereavement Support:
Bereavement support for families and children, providing unique gifts and resources to help support their grief journey.
